This interactive session will provide faith-based employers with a clear plan to effectively recruit, select and on-board new employees.

About this Event

The effective recruitment, selection and on-boarding of new employees are critical to the success of an organization. How confident are you that your hiring processes are as effective as they could be? We will provide strategies to help faith-based organizations:

  • find the best talent;
  • appropriately utilize faith-based hiring criteria;
  • conduct effective interviews;
  • document the offer of employment; and
  • optimize the employee on-boarding process.

This seminar is designed for individuals in faith-based organizations who have responsibility for human resources, employment and payroll issues. This includes pastors, executive directors, financial administrators, payroll administrators, HR administrators, leaders, and board members.

The seminar will be led by Keith Peterson of Peterson HR Consulting. Space is limited so don’t delay in purchasing your ticket. If you are not able to attend, then we encourage you to forward this invite on to others in your organization who may be interested.

What Does Leadership Look Like?

Leaders have a positive impact on other people. We asked ourselves the age old question: do employees leave their boss or the company?

Has leadership changed considering the different generations and diverse groups within our workplaces?

With remote offices and mobile devices, what expectations do we have of our leaders and are these expectations realistic?

Join our discussion! Industry leaders and community builders share their personal and professional expertise and strategies on the topic of todays leaders. Come prepared to discuss and explore:

– how leadership has changed/evolved

– expectations we place on current and future leaders

– what you can do to support and develop leaders

We believe building leadership skills and corporate culture revolves around your company’s ability to tackle conversations with ease. This unique event offers participants the chance to engage in meaningful conversation on leading business topics/issues.
