About this Event

The effective recruitment, selection and on-boarding of new employees are critical to the success of an organization. How confident are you that your hiring processes are as effective as they could be? We will provide strategies to help faith-based organizations:

  • find the best talent;
  • appropriately utilize faith-based hiring criteria;
  • conduct effective interviews;
  • document the offer of employment; and
  • optimize the employee on-boarding process.

This seminar is designed for individuals in faith-based organizations who have responsibility for human resources, employment and payroll issues. This includes pastors, executive directors, financial administrators, payroll administrators, HR administrators, leaders, and board members.
